Who is it suitable for?
Considered for people describing early laxity across the mid-face and jawline who are looking for a non-surgical option. Where laxity is advanced there is a limit to what injection can achieve, and it is more honest to discuss surgical options at that point.
How does it work?
The product carries two components: hyaluronic acid supports the tissue immediately, while calcium hydroxyapatite is intended to stimulate the tissue's own collagen production over time. The effect therefore comes in two stages, and the final appearance settles over weeks rather than at once.
How is it performed?
The area is cleansed and a topical anaesthetic is applied. The product is placed into the deep superficial fat layer with a cannula, and the area is then massaged using a defined technique. Amount and placement are planned around the pattern of laxity found on examination. This type of treatment is planned according to a prior medical assessment.
What to watch for afterwards
The massage your doctor describes is carried out — with this product massage is part of the result, not optional. Swelling and tenderness are expected in the first days. Saunas, steam rooms and heavy exercise are postponed briefly.
This treatment is not for everyone
Who should not have it?
Not performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding, where there is active infection in the area, with a known allergy to the components, or in uncontrolled autoimmune disease. Products containing calcium hydroxyapatite cannot be dissolved with hyaluronidase — a difference worth knowing before deciding.
Frequently asked
About this treatment
How does it differ from a standard hyaluronic acid filler?
LiftPlus carries two components: hyaluronic acid supports the tissue immediately, while calcium hydroxyapatite is intended to stimulate the tissue's own collagen production over time. A standard filler gives only the first of those; the second stage is the difference.
Can it be reversed?
Only partly. The hyaluronic acid in it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase, but the calcium hydroxyapatite cannot. This is an important difference from standard hyaluronic acid fillers and is worth knowing before you decide.
When does the result settle?
The first effect is visible immediately after treatment, but that comes with swelling and is not the final appearance. The second stage, from collagen stimulation, develops over weeks; judging the result before that has run its course is misleading.
Why is massage needed afterwards?
With this product, massage is an application step that helps it distribute evenly through the tissue — it is not optional aftercare. Doing it exactly as your doctor describes, for as long as described, is what lets the result settle properly.
How long does it last?
It is not permanent; both components are cleared by the body over time. How long depends on the person, the area treated and the tissue response. Timing for a repeat is discussed at your review.
Does it replace a face lift?
It does not. Every injectable treatment has a limit against laxity, and where there is significant excess skin it will not deliver what is expected. In that situation it is more honest to discuss surgical options.
What should I do before the appointment?
Medicines and supplements that thin the blood — aspirin, ibuprofen-type painkillers, vitamin E, omega-3 — make bruising more likely. Tell us before your appointment if you take any; whether and when to pause them is your doctor's decision. Never stop a prescribed medicine on your own. If you have a history of cold sores, say so: an injection can trigger one.
Does it hurt? Is anaesthetic used?
Very fine needles are used, and a topical anaesthetic cream is applied beforehand where it helps. Most people describe a mild sting. Pain thresholds differ, so if you are uncomfortable during the procedure just say so — it can be paused and more can be done.
Can it be done during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Aesthetic injections are not advised during pregnancy or breastfeeding. There is not enough safety data for these periods, so they are avoided. Tell us beforehand if you are or might be pregnant, or are breastfeeding.
Which products are used?
Only licensed, single-use, sterile products. If you would like to know the name and contents of the product being used, that is shared at the consultation, and the packaging is opened in front of you.
Why is there no price on the site?
Türkiye's health advertising rules prohibit clinics from publishing prices or promotional offers. Beyond that, the amount used and the number of sessions vary from person to person, so a single figure would be misleading. Your own figure is given directly after the consultation.
Can another treatment be done in the same session?
Some treatments can be planned together in one session; others need to be spaced apart. That is decided after the face is assessed as a whole — the aim is to get the order right, not to add procedures.
